At JazzieLace\JLNM Customer Service & Quality is Our #1 Priority along with Our Dolls Satisfaction! Due to your safety and ours regarding COVID at this moment we are NO LONGER TAKING RETURNS! Once we start our return policy again, we will only accept your return or an exchange of eligible products. Meaning if tagged “Final Sale" they are not eligible for a return. Buy any chance you feel the need to return our products due to quality, these items returned must be in its original condition “meaning” original packaging ONLY With JazzieLace Tag Attached to Product with a copy of original invoice or receipt of proof of purchase. Items must be returned within allowed timeframe (5 Days) Items cannot be worn, chemically treated, cut, washed, or altered in any way. If exposed to odors, smells such as cigarette smoke /perfume then the items will not be accepted. Your product must be shipped back at your shipping expense and please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
